Should Appraisers Advertise in the Yellow Pages?
Honestly, it depends on a few different things. In some areas, it does make sense for a property appraiser to advertise in the Yellow Pages. Do people in your area still use the phonebook? If the answer is “yes”, an ad in the Yellow Pages may be a good strategy for your business. In other parts of the country, many people prefer surfing the Internet over flipping through the Yellow Pages. If this is the case near you, your advertising dollars may be better spent elsewhere.
