Looking for a Home Based Business?

For the last year and a half I have been on the internet trying to find or create an online internet business with much frustration which I’m sure most of you have experienced too. They are either too complicated take too long or simply don’t work. Also, I found price had nothing to do with it except for our mind set. It seems to me that all the people that have been successful online are trying to sell you something that they have exhausted or drained for all it is worth. I never understood why the landing pages are so long. I imagine it is so that when you get to the end you forgot what was at the beginning. I like brevity. All Jesus said to the deciples was “follow me” and look what that became. Need I say more on long landing pages.

The reason I started looking on the landing page is I was led to believe that I could get plenty of leads for my primary MLM businees and make money at the same time by selling them the same system. Also, I was laid off from my job. I have been in Network Marketing for 20 years and I love the industry. Some success and many failures. The most important aspect of MLM is leads. In other words people to talk too. Which is true of any business. You don’t have to be a salesman, but you do have to talk to people and many of them. I would venture to say that the person in any sales field who talks to the most people will be the top salesman. It’s that simple.

In recent years Network Marketing has tried to stay away from talking to your friends and family. That was their new mantra, but now it’s coming back to that. 90% of the people who have become successful MLM started with their warm market and why not. It is a relationship business. Who do you have a better relationship with than your warm market. It makes sense doesn’t it? The problem has been that we judge and don’t like to be judged when we ask somebody we care about to spend some money. You might loose their friendship and friendships are very important. And frankly most of them don’t have a clue.

So what do you do? You keep plugging along anyway. Most people worry about what people will think of them, but in reality if you knew how little (often) they think about you, you would sit down and cry. Do you think Donald Trump or Warren Buffett worry about what people think about them? Of course not. The solution is to talk to anybody at anytime. Remember you can never be embarrassed by anyone else without your permission. Numbers is the name of the game. One final thought . Do not treat your Network Marketing business like some toy or hobby. Treat it the same way you would a business you invested $300,000.00 to develop. Like your life depended on it, because it does.
