 If you are a regular Internet user, then I bet you have come across the term web 2.0 while browsing and searching sites and maybe you wonder what that means.
Knowledge of web 2.0 tools is instrumental for online business owners to ensure an edge over competition, considering the fast developments of the web and technology as well.
In simple terms, web 2.0 means empowering the Internet user. Blogs, among others, is an example of this trend where users have the luxury to post articles and readers could freely react to the blog entry via comments page.
Another phenomenon is the social networking sites -- facebook, twitter, multiply and many others. Even video sharing became possible and easy through YouTube.
Internet users are now offered a wide variety of options to connect or interact with others. It somehow gave them a voice. Entrepreneurs also turn to web 2.0 as a marketing strategy at a low cost.
