How We Charge For Our Services

Closets or Rooms - Organize
- $37.00 to $75.00 per hour
We start with a 4 hour package for $149, and hours can be purchased one the initial package is used. Prices are lower the more hours you buy. Generally, one area takes about 4 hours.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $750.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $900.00 to $1,050.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $900.00 to $1,050.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
We always start with a 2-3 hour consultation. The cost is $250. The client will walk away with all the answers, a detailed 10 page Staging Report, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the staging process.
I can help with the staging process if desired. A half day (4 hours work plus 2 hours prep) is $650 and a full day (7 hours work plus 2 hour prep) is $950. The hourly rate goes into effect if the house is larger than 3000 sq ft or over full and we can't finish in the time allotted.

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
