- $0.40 to $0.60 per square foot (with furniture)
Our pricing is based on the size of the area, the condition of the carpet, and whether furniture needs to be moved. We believe in upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every estimate is customized to ensure our clients receive the highest quality service at a fair price. Additional charges may apply for excessive staining, pet treatment, or heavily soiled carpets, but all pricing is discussed and approved before work begins.
