How We Charge For Our Services
Blinds or Shades - Clean
- $10.00 to $50.00 per hour
Professional cleaners typically charge based on size and material composition of the window blinds. Expect to pay $10-$50 total to clean blinds that measure less than 9 feet in width. We charge $6 per foot for mini-blinds and $12 per foot for wood blinds, or $48-$84 for 8' blinds.

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $45.00 per room (no furniture)
- $45.00 per room (with furniture)
We charge a flat rate of $45 per room upto 250 sq ft per room. there is an additional charge of .35 cent per sq ft over 250 sq ft. deep cleaning and deodorizing always included in price.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $200.00 to $250.00 fixed fee per visit
Typically charge 200-250 for 8 hours of work per employee

Estate Cleaning
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
We typically charge 20-25 per man hour.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person)
- $100.00 to $140.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We charge a minimum of 4 hours per worker. Deep cleaning are charged $35 per hour. Stoves, Ovens, windows are an additional charge.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
We typically charge 20- 25 per hour per employee. Credenza and all furniture and windows are extra.

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean
- $105.00 to $140.00 for couch cleaning (oversized couch)
- $65.00 to $120.00 for loveseat cleaning
- $35.00 to $50.00 for straightback chair cleaning
- $35.00 to $50.00 for recliner cleaning
- $85.00 to $140.00 for couch cleaning (average size)
- $35.00 to $50.00 for armchair cleaning
- $10.00 to $15.00 for office chair cleaning
- $10.00 to $20.00 for footstool or ottoman cleaning
Prices on Upholstery cleaning varies on size and process of cleaning. Dry Cleaning process are charged linear ft.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $10.00 per pane (inside and outside)
We charge $10 per window, track frame and screen included. Additional storm window $3. Standard size 4 X 6 window. Prices vary for french doors and patio doors
