How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- $120.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 6.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
We approach our billing depending on the project. While sometimes an hourly fee gives more flexibility and control to the client, sometimes a lump sum as a percent of construction cost or per square foot makes even more sense. Reach out to us to discuss your project.
