What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Going with a smaller plasterer, or one that is cheaper, will effect you negatively in the future. Even sooner than you may think. Doing it yourself, or using the cheaper guy, could lead to having your walls all redone. Make sure you use a company that has a solid reputation, and the work to back it up.
Plaster is a much better material than drywall. It is stronger, easier to design with, and has real longevity.
There are many design and texture options for plastering, so be sure to know all of your options before deciding on your finish.
