My company recently complete the repair of a three decker in Boston.It was challenging because the customer wanted to save the first and second floor.This job took a lot of innovation because of the size of the porch 20ft by 8ft. It has to be shored and miticulously removed the top floor.This was done for $10,000.00.After the job was completed an additional $40,000.00 was added to the sale price of the house.
