How We Charge For Our Services

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $0.30 to $0.42 per square foot (no furniture)
- $0.30 to $0.42 per square foot (with furniture)
We charge by the square foot because its the most accurate and fair way to charge

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite
- $1.75 to $3.00 per square foot
For high end rugs to be cleaned properly they need to be taken back to our shop where they can be dusted, cleaned, rinsed, and dried properly.

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $0.18 to $0.35 per square foot (with furniture)
- $0.18 to $0.35 per square foot (no furniture)
We use a low moisture method for commercial carpet called encapsulation. It dries within 2 hours and is very effective and safe for glue down commercial carpet.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $0.18 to $0.35 per square foot
We clean commercial carpet and tile- the price is determined by how soiled the floor is and how many square feet there are.

- $0.35 to $0.89 per square foot (cleaning and sealing)
Pricing depends on the type of stone we're working with and the amount of sealer needed

- $150.00 to $175.00 for couch cleaning (oversized couch)
- $100.00 to $125.00 for loveseat cleaning
- $25.00 for straightback chair cleaning
- $75.00 to $100.00 for recliner cleaning
- $10.00 for pillow cleaning
- $125.00 to $150.00 for couch cleaning (average size)
- $59.00 to $75.00 for armchair cleaning
- $15.00 for office chair cleaning
- $35.00 for footstool or ottoman cleaning
The price difference is based on the type of material we're working with and weather or not the back cushions are fixed or loose- loose cushions take more work.
