Our work is primarily based in the commercial and industrial sectors of the community. We specialize in new construction, tenant improvement, both interior & exterior. Other specialties include stains, special coatings such as epoxy, floor sealing and industrial coating.
We have experience working on apartments, condos, hotels, restaurants, HOAs, shopping centers, and offices.
We are serving San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, Counties in Southern California and Yuma Arizona.

- $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $1.75 per square foot
It is important to now what kind of paint are we removing and what kind of material are we going to finish the section.

- $1.00 to $2.35 per square foot
