How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $3.75 to $4.50 per square foot
Based on height , difficulty, obstructions the average cost range I base off of small single family ranch style, med family home 2 story,large considered anything bigger

Fence - Paint, Stain or Clean
- $3.50 to $5.00 per square foot
3.50 if new and no repair or scraping
Up to 5.00 depending dificulty and accessability

Handyman Services - Residential
- $65.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
Depends on task difficulty , customer pays all material and. 2 hour min. charge

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $2.75 to $4.75 per square foot
Based on over all sq. ft. Or small,med, large house
lsmall is up to 1500 sqft
Med 1500 to 2500 sqft
Large 2500 to 4000 sqft
