- $190.00 to $320.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
- $165.00 to $210.00 per visit (1/4 acre)

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $110.00 to $120.00 per application (1/4 acre)
Price varies depending on obstacles and other misc. Items that could occur

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $25.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $60.00 to $110.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Varies depending on obstacles and the yard size= long vs.short grass needing cut. Over 6' inches is an upcharge

Lawn or Garden - Pull Weeds
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
I'll pull your weed by the root

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $40.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $80.00 to $140.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $140.00 to $180.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
Clean ups require us to pick it up from the lawn, bag it, haul away clean yard no debree

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $140.00 per visit / by session
