Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $215.00 to $315.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $175.00 to $375.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
We do not recommend that you ever install a new roof over an existing roof for one glaring reason. The warranty.
Our price will vary depending on the job conditions, location, roof pitch, type of materials that need to be removed and the type of materials to be installed. We are licensed and insured and those are the two questions that you should always verify with your contractor selection.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Price to repair a roof are very similar to those of installing a new roof. This is because in most cases, some roofing materials will need to be removed in order to investigate the cause of the disrepair state of the roof.

Metal Roof - Installation
- $200.00 to $250.00 per 100 sq.ft (metal shingles, no tear off of existing roof)
- $400.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft (standing seam, no tear off of existing roof)
Pricing would need to be field verified as to all job conditions, materials used, etc.

Metal Roof - Repair
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Per hour quotes are available if you request an appointment with our roofing specialist.

Roof - Inspection
- $250.00 to $400.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Rates will vary depending on roof conditions.
