Looking for a “financial advisor” can mean different things to different people. At the end of the day, it comes down to the client; what they’re trying to accomplish, the challenges they’re facing, and the timeline they’re working within. The right financial professional takes the time to truly understand those details, and just as importantly, gives the client the opportunity to get to know them as well. Together, they can determine if it’s the right fit. From there, the advisor’s role is simple: listen, educate, and guide.
Because in the end, financial planning should be built on a relationship, not a transaction.
