How We Charge For Our Services
|
Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $400.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
Inspecting for asbestos is part of my normal home or building inspection.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $800.00 to $2,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Price will vary depending on location and size of the property.

Home Inspection Services
- $400.00 to $600.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Price varies depending on location.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $250.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
This is a flat fee based on lab costs and shipping.

Pool - Inspection
- $400.00 to $600.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
This inspection would be included with a normal home inspection, but if separate, then the above fee would be incurred.

Roof - Inspection
- $400.00 to $600.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
This is included in my normal home inspection fee, but if separate, then the above fee would apply.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $400.00 to $600.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Depends on location and size of the structure.

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $400.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
Included with a home inspection.
