Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $45.00 to $100.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
Right now until the end of the this year our company is offering all Senior Citizens a 20% Discount on this service.

Gutter Cleaning
- $75.00 to $250.00 per cleaning
We offer all of our clients Free Estimates on all of our services.
The cost for cleaning your gutters & down spouts, from our past experience, really depends on the size/height of your home and the style of gutters (metal, aluminum, etc.) that you have.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $95.00 to $135.00 per application (1 acre)
- $55.00 to $60.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $70.00 to $110.00 per application (1/2 acre)
-Lawn Fertilization Service installation costs are commonly quoted from a standard rate and can be estimated/quoted by the service professional after measurement and visual inspection at the job site.
-The cost estimates include all typical costs for uniform application of lawn fertilizer.
-Higher priced Lawn Fertilization may include features such as weed and insect killing additives.
-The Lawn Fertilization Service cost estimates do not include costs for excavation, demolition and removal of existing paving or hardscape.

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $35.00 to $100.00 per visit / by session
Our fundamental philosophy is to charge our clients fair and reasonable fees.
We will spell out our fee arrangements with you in a written agreement.
We will keep our overhead low and work efficiently; consequently, our charges will be competitive with, and often less than, the rates quoted by other services comparable ability and experience.
We will not charge you extra for any of our basic overhead expense.
