What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Every person is unique and different, and that is what makes this type of work so exciting. Trust your own judgment, be sure to ask for their insurance, and if they do not have coverage, then thank them , and move on to the next, this is a huge investment, probably one of the largest investments you'll ever embark in your life, so, use wisdom and and sound judgment and be confident in your decisions!

Residential Inspections

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Chimney - Inspection
- $185.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
Chimney Inspections are included with our Roofing Inspections, and we have a flat rate for all our Roofing Inspections.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $450.00 to $1,650.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Light Commercial Property Inspections is what I do, and I charge according to the time between the inspection, the traveling, and the report writing

Home Inspection Services
- $295.00 to $315.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $315.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $615.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $315.00 to $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Depending upon square footage and distance, all of this plays a major role in the pricing of Inspections. Larger homes can take up to 5 or 6 hours to inspect depending on the scope of the inspection

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $295.00 to $615.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Molds come in many forms and can be in small amounts, or large amounts, to put a price on this service is difficult due to the fact that we are unsure of the actual findings until we can actually come into contact with it

Roof - Inspection
- $185.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
