- $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I make pricing simple! I charge $295 plus tax for a complete home inspection, regardless of the age, square footage, outbuildings, etc. Your inspection will follow a standard of practice, include pictures, findings, and recommendations all included in a color report that will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours after the inspection.
