How We Charge For Our Services
Carpet - Removal
- $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot (including dump fee)
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus dump fees)
We accept cash, check and credit card. We require 1/3 deposit and final payment after job is completed.

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Install
- $2.75 to $3.10 per square foot (mid-grade laminate installed)
We accept cash, check and credit card. We require a 1/3 deposit and final payment after completion of job.

Linoleum Tile - Install
- $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $1.50 to $2.50 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $1.00 to $1.50 per square foot (new subfloor installation only)
- $0.75 to $1.25 per square foot (tile removal only)
We accept cash, check and credit card. We require 1/3 deposit and final payment after job is completed.

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (labor only; install pre-purchased flooring)
- $9.00 to $14.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included)
- $10.00 to $15.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade engineered hardwood included)
- $2.75 to $4.00 per square foot (labor only)
- $10.00 to $17.00 per square foot installed (imid-grade bamboo included)

Wood Flooring - Refinish
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $3.00 to $4.50 per square foot
