Dept of Veteran Affairs-Cleveland VAMC
The Wade Park Medical Center Campus, Cleveland VAMC, requested new installation
of wireless infrastructure within several buildings throughout the VA campus. A wireless
site survey was completed to identify wireless coverage requirements and the
components required for successful installation of CAT6 cabling, number of access
points, and access point installation locations.
Performance Role
N-ovation Technology Group installed wireless infrastructure throughout the Cleveland
VAMC. Installation of all CAT6 cabling and wireless access points above the ceiling
using cable tray or J-hooks was completed throughout the medical facility. N-ovation
Technology Group coordinated all activities with COR to ensure there were no
disruptions during normal VA work hours. All personnel working onsite were BICSI
certified and had completed OSHA-30 hours training course.
