What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Ask for a certificate of insurance and make sure they have coverage for faulty workmanship. Most insurance companies do not readily offer coverage for faulty workmanship and if the contractor was found to have made an error in their work the customer and the contractor could be put in a difficult position. Ask for specifics on the chemicals they are using and if they show up with mixed chemicals already send them away. Mixes should be custom tailored for each job. Ask what steps will be taken to protect the vegetation around your property before and after the cleaning. Finally, when in doubt ask for references in your area.

How We Charge For Our Services

Pressure Washing - Commercial
- $50.00 to $125.00 per hour
- $0.50 to $1.81 per square foot
Service rates can vary dramatically depending on site accessibility, special equipment needs such as man lifts, water access, after-hours work and generally how much cleaning will need to be done per square foot to name a few.
We strive to stay consistent with our prices while remaining flexible enough to handle each individual customers specific needs.
Net 30 available for commercial clients. All major credit cards, e-checks, free ACH and online payment available.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $25.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $0.10 to $0.25 per square foot
- $100.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $50.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for driveway
- $125.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
