Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: I would tell the customer that choosing the right tree service is much more than having a few different companies come out and provide estimates for the work they want done. Taking a few minutes to meet with the salesperson or the owner of the company and listening to them as they should provide the customer with an evaluation of not only the tree(s) they called but also just checking all the trees on the property to make sure theres not any hazArdous trees that arent visible to the untrained eye. And lastly dont choose based solely on the cheapest price, because most of the time they will receive cheap work, possibly damages, or job not done properly because it was rushed. Also ask for their insurance certificate.
