PBJ Drafting and Design, LLC is currently a 1 man organization, so I use no additional electric or any appliance that would substantially pollute the environment.

I have been building and designing houses and light commercial structures for 28 years. I am well versed in the various areas of both typical design and ADA Accessible structures. So as more multi-generation households need renovating I have the experience and expertise to redevelop or redesign your plans to accommodate the ever aging population.

What separates your company from the competition?

Similar companies doing this may have a few hundred houses on their resume, I was actively involved in the manufacturing side which required me to be involved in thousands of houses. In doing such, I was intimate in every facet of the building and construction of each house. If we averaged 500 houses per year, then I would easily say that I have 10,000 houses produced.

The service is drafting, so for warranty or guarantee, I will correct any errors or mistakes that I created in any drawings that I produce.

I have a published price list, however I will entertain concessions for seniors and absolutely for any one honorably discharged from military service.
