Set up for QuickBooks payroll, QuickBooks Payroll Items, Chart of Accounts, and New Employee Set up typically takes one full business days for new customers. Ongoing services for businesses with less than five employees average 2 hours per month if doing monthly payroll. Quarterly and year end filings are additional.
