How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $10.00 to $20.00 per square foot
- $100.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee per visit
- $100.00 to $200.00 per month (weekly cleaning)
Depends upon each job and what needs to be cleaned. There are basic cleans and deep cleans. Usually we advise anyone wanting a regular cleaning to start with a deep clean on the first visit and then begin basic cleanings on a regular schedule. The larger the home usually means a larger cleaning fee. Cleaning a home top to bottom is hard work and includes very detailed cleaning that most people don't have time for and that is where I can be of help!

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour (per person)
- $150.00 to $300.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
To throughly clean a 4 bedroom home and typically 3 bathrooms would be a 6-8 hour work day for one worker. Of course this weekly would include a through clean of a unkept home. Laundry and dishes are not included in normal cleanings but can be added for additional price.
