Our team recieved a call from a corporation that needed 3 of there locations boarded up for protection from the coming hurricane. We responded quickly. We pulled man power from 3 different counties to get them onsite as quick as possible as we didn't receive the call for services until hours prior to the storm coming in. The corporation had previously used a much bigger company to ours however they were unable to serve them. The respresentive for this corporation had made a few phone calls before trying ours and was feeling a bit desperate that he would not succeed in being able to protect there businesses in time. Luck had it he had called the right team for the job. We had many challenges from errors in the location addresses, materials running out and a tool broke. The storm was upon us through the last 2 locations. We working through the rain and winds but we never gave up. I am proud to say my team all came together and met this task head on! On the very last location the power started to flicker and I personally was becoming concerned for my team.They were working in hazardous weather but they seen it through to a job well done! The representative for my state told me that when he spoke to those at the corporate office they had told him they were very pleased. They told him to let me know they will use our company in the future.He said "they appreciated the fact that we had jumped hoops to get this task done on such late notice. This last job we completed is just one more example of how far out team will go to make sure our customer is satisfied.
