Can you save my relationship? This is a multifaceted answer and the short answer is yes! But that requires full commitment from each partner, honesty, and willingness to get uncomfortable. With therapy comes true healing, and that can't be accomplish unless we discover what needs to be healed. At the beginning of therapy couples may feel more pain before it starts feeling like progress. When couples acknowledge this and fully commit, there is no stopping the progress and true healing really takes place. And that is what saves relationships.
