What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Consider the benefits of hiring someone who knows what they are doing, who provides all the equipment, who is bonded and insured, and who takes your budget into consideration. Cleaning services are not always the cheapest, but they provide you the asset of valuable time. So ask yourself what is your time worth? Should I hire the stranger off the street or a professional cleaning company that I can easily find online, call, and speak with directly. What if something happens to the person you hired as an individual cleaner in your home? Well if they get injured on your property...YOU are responsible. With a cleaning service...you are not hiring an individual, but a company. We handle those kinds of messes so you don't have to worry about them. Again, it is about what you are comfortable with, but think about it all the way through. Do not just hire someone just because you think they might work out. Do your research.

Move In/Construction Cleaning
We cleaned this particular home as they were working on it. They were putting down new flooring, getting ready to paint, and reorganizing the kitchen. We high dusted, cleaned light fixtures, cleaned the walls thoroughly for the painters, vacuumed and mopped floors, and sanitized the bathroom. You can tell a big difference in the banisters. We detail cleaned everything in this home to prep it for some much needed love.

We try to accommodate individuals based on their budget and needs.

Janitorial Services
- $0.10 to $0.25 per square foot
We try to accommodate based on the budgets companies may have. Commercial cleaning is not our typical work. We mostly work as a small office/residential clean up company.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $150.00 to $185.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We like to customize our home cleaning costs to fit your budget. We can't always be the cheapest, but we certainly are not the most expensive either. We want you to be happy with our services so that is our number one priority. We take pride in our work and price it according to your needs.

Depending upon the nature of the cleanup we try to accommodate the budget our contractors have in mind.
