I would highly recommend The Carpet Guys to everyone, Kevin the sales came back 2 times to meet our needs with color selection, Brain and his crew did a "EXCELLENT JOB" installing the carpet and hardwood flooring, very polite and curtious, did a great clean up job when they were done, and the price was "PERFECT" compared to other companys. The carpet guys were awesome! We had our hardwood floors refinished and a whole house carpeted by them. The entire experience was top notch. The hardwood floors have never looked as good as they do now. It looks like we removed our old floors and installed laminate. Perfect finish and color.the carpet is amazing how plush and high quality. It transformed our home completely! The installers were so kind and patient and did a flawless job. Joe, our sales rep was a pleasure to work with. Honest, patient, no pressure, and so down to earth and friendly! A++

My husband and I called the Carpet Guys after getting 3 other quotes. They had the best price and Shawn offered great service during the appointment. An issue arose after installation, and Joe handled it promptly and courteously. He was at my house at 9:30 on a Sunday night working on a solution. The flooring looks great and we appreciate the great customer service. We would use them again.

Great job. I am very picky and spent endless time looking at samples at Home Depot and Lowes and even a friend who installs gave me pricing and a sample board. These guys came along and were on time and courteous, and no pressure. I liked their selection and though it took a little convincing for me to make up my mind, I LOVE the carpet they installed and they did a nice job installing it and moved all of my heavy "$$ furniture no problem. My only complaints were that they would not take a personal check as a final payment (I had to get a cashiers check from my bank) but you can't blame them for protecting themselves I guess they must have been burned. That, and the installers forgot to hang my closet door back for me and left a few tools with it. I will call them and get them back to them though lol. Nice work guys, at a fair price. Beat Home Depot by about $350 over two rooms.

Great Guys!! I needed some advice on flooring so I called The Carpet Guys for an in home consultation so that I can actually see the samples in my home and not in the store. Joe was very polite and informative. He did not try to oversell me nor did he pressure me to make quick decisions. He walked me through my options and was patient with all my questions. I was impressed. Since I was getting furniture delivered the next day he even was able to squeeze me in for next day installation. When the installer came he was also polite, professional and proficient. Overall experience was Great! Thanks Guys!! I'll be sure to recommend you to all my friends and family.

After having 3 in-house and 4 over the phone quotes to sand and finish my wood floors in almost all of my house, The Carpet Guys were undoubtedly the clear choice. They offer the best value, the best attitude, the most information regarding the process and more coats of finish than any of the competitors. I am ecstatic about the new look of my floors. They look brand new with virtually no mess made. I was amazed by how fast they got the job done and how professional their work was. I was also amazed by how hard of a job it was and what a great attitude everyone kept throughout. Though they were about $250 more than a few of the other companies I investigated, it was well worth it. They offer way more in every aspect of the project. Trust me, if you want quality flooring, it doesn't get better than the Carpet Guys. They are incredibly successful and when you deal with them you'll understand why. These guys are great!! I recently needed carpet for my home office, and a friend suggested I give them a call. I didn't really feel like going to a big store to look at samples, but I was concerned that being a small room they wouldn't make time for me. My concerns were laid to rest when they offered to send some one out the very next day, and before the weekend I had beautiful new carpet!! The office people were friendly, the salesman was friendly, and the installers were FAST!

I highly recommend the Carpet Guys to anyone looking for a great product with a great price. My experience was top notch from the moment I called to set up a quote. Carpet Guys came to my house, showed me many samples based on my personal... wants/needs, gave me EXCELLENT pricing, and set an installation appointment just a few days later. The installers were extremely respectful of my home and did an amazing job. Everyone that comes to my home compliments us on our carpet and "ooh's and ahh's" about how soft and gorgeous it is! In addition, I have referred several friends and family members to the Carpet Guys and each and every one of them has raved about how wonderful their experience was! 5-Stars for the Carpet Guys, LLC!!!!
