What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

It is important that the person you hire understands your vision and needs! Whether you need home or vacation home rental staging or design for maximum exposure or a whole new look, it is vital your staging company understand your market and how to accomplish that vision within budget. Do you want to be involved every step of the process or would you prefer a "hands off" approach? Either way, your staging company needs to work with you on your preferences.
It is helpful to have an idea of what you can spend on your staging needs and a plan can be designed based on your budgetary requirements. This avoids lengthy back and forth budget modifications and a more timely completion of your project.
Asked your stager if they specialize in a particular style or are they comfortable creating many different kinds of professional staging themes. When budget is limited, can your stager bring the "wow" factor into just one or two main entry rooms. A great stager can provide you maximum exposure on high traffic areas and entryways to lure buyers and renters to your property.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $450.00 to $900.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $2,000.00 to $4,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $650.00 to $900.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
There are many factors to consider when staging. A client's overall budget, luxury level in certain markets, and number of rooms to be staged versus the whole house. I have learned that you can stage with any budget and do modifications that can help your home sell, rental property stand out and/or simple updates for a redesign.
If a client has a lot of furnishings but needs simple accessories to update and refresh a look, this can do wonders to a property while having a fresh pairs of eyes see their home.
