- $293.00 to $355.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $391.00 to $655.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
I prefer to give every customer an ( in person ) free estimate . I choose to do this to keep the price unchanged with no hidden fees or any costly add on that would have been missed if not seen in person .

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $216.00 to $262.00 per hour (plus parts)
- $428.00 to $713.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I prefer to look at every job prior to giving an estimate . There are just TOO many variables to factor in without seeing first hand .

Garbage Disposal - Install
- $484.00 to $568.00 fixed fee (includes disposal)
- $245.00 to $297.00 per hour (labor only)
This is one of the few exceptions that can be made without seeing the project .

- $175.00 to $225.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
Price varies from project to project depending on the complexity involved .

Each job can vary in complexity and so does the average labor cost coincides with each project.

- $3,695.00 to $5,895.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pvc
- $3,694.00 to $5,894.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with cpvc
- $2,920.00 to $3,487.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex
The most economical choice is to go with pex tubing , it is less labor intensive and less invasive in the demo of the walls and can be done in half the time it takes to do it in copper , cpvc, or pvc .

Just like most other plumbing jobs , sewer line repairs can too vary drastically , so just like the others , a free estimate can be provided .

Toilet - Install or Repair
- $231.00 to $280.00 fixed fee (labor only; toilet pre-purchased)
- $537.00 to $707.00 fixed fee (labor and standard grade toilet)
Toilet replacement varies from project to project depending on the condition of the toilet ring and wax ring ,water supply , valve at the wall, so a free estimate is a requirement to accurately provide a cost for instalation .
