What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Take your time and chose a quality company. Sometimes cheap gets expensive, please always keep that in mind. Make sure you're dealing with a company that is licensed and insured. Seeing the slab in person is always recommended so that you know exactly which slab you're getting. Never go with a company asking for a 100% down.
