Exterior or Interior - Paint Removal
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
Paint stripping can be very messy and it usually involves detailed work like a fireplace mantel, spindles, or a front door/doors

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $1.50 to $4.00 per square foot
It all depends on the preparation needed to do the job right.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $1.75 to $5.00 per square foot
Interior work depends on if the house is vacant. If not vacant, how much has to be moved, how much has to be covered. Drywall repairs, wallpaper removal, amount of trim involved such as crown moulding, cabinets, doors and door frames, ceiling height, existing colors, new colors, and many more variables, all must be figured in when bidding an interior job

Painting - Textures
- $50.00 to $70.00 per hour
Texturing takes time and can't be rushed or else you'll end up with a mess. It takes a very good painter to do matching over repairs so you can't tell they were there but thats the whole idea

Specialty Coatings - Apply
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
This depends on the coating. epoxy, lacquer, and many sealants shoild be applied by somebody that knows what they are doing. It could be a costly mess for someone to try this for a first time, even by a professional.

Wood Fence - Repair
- $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
Wood fence repair is not hard to do and can be done with limited skill
