Charles Alario has over 50 years experience in merger/acquisition, financing, and ownership of various businesses. Charles is a trained business appraiser and has provided expert testimony, business valuation and litigation support on a local and federal level. Charles is a Marine and served in the Korean War. He continues to provide valuable consulting and insight to his daughter, Stacy and her clients.
