We are a full service environmental restoration contractor treating mold, sampling air quality, emergency water removal, odors, smoke, soot, etc. We also perform duct cleaning, basement waterproofing, crawl space repairs, home improvements, egress window installation, sump pump installation and repairs, crawl space liners, trash outs, painting, coating, foundation rep[airs, engineering consulting and engineering report preparation.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $50.00 to $100.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $275.00 to $475.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We believe in sampling the air on every floor of the residence. So that would include the main floor, basement, upstairs, etc. If an occupant is showing more symptoms, then we can add that persons bedroom.
In commercial buildings we desire to sample every separate area of the structure based upon activity. For instance sampling a commercial space would include the foyer, work stations, break room, record storage area, meeting rooms, etc.
