Q:
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
Quality matters. Understanding how to properly prepare the subfloor and install hardwood flooring, carpet, and a tile floor will ensure that material has the longevity it is designed to have. Proper installation of waterproof flooring is essential for moisture resistance.
We will help do it right the first time, so your new floors last decades.

Q:

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A:
We recently worked in Coeur d'Alene, ID on a large project that included spiral hardwood stairs along with nylon carpet runners and engineered hardwood flooring for an inside basketball court. Getting the red oak to fit correctly on the staircase and the white oak on the court took immense patience and skill, something we are incredibly proud of.

Q:
Tell us a little about your company.
A:
We began doing carpet installation in the 1990's. As local carpet installers we still love finishing a job tucking the carpet, trimming the top, and vacuuming leaving the homeowner with a soft, luscious underfoot feeling.
As the years have gone by and we've expanded to hardwood flooring installation, we love the challenge it presents in complex situations like spiral stairs, a round feature, or tricky patterns. Solid wood is the classic choice, but because of engineered hardwood installation cost, it makes sense for the majority of our customers while still being able to sand it down and refinish the floor in the future.
