How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $400.00 to $450.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $575.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $625.00 to $775.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Inspection fees are based primarily on the home's square footage and services requested. Fees are due at the time of inspection unless other arrangements are made in advance. Additional services such as radon and water testing are priced separately.

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $200.00 to $775.00 fixed fee per year
Initial maintenance inspection fees follow the standard home inspection pricing schedule based on home size. Follow-up maintenance inspections start at $200. Pricing may vary depending on the property and scope of the inspection.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Professional radon testing starts at $150 and may be scheduled as a standalone service or added to a home inspection.
