What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I have 4+ years of Remodel and Renovation experience and trade school training to get me to this point. How We Charge For Our Services
|
Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $175.00 to $250.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $130.00 to $180.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
On average, for overlay on existing roof, I charge between $1.30 - $1.80 per sqft. A "square of shingles" is 100 sq.ft so per square it is anywhere between $130 - $180 depending on existing roof condition.
Tear off and Reroof is charged between $1.75 - $2.50 per sqft. A square would be between $175 - $250 depending on roof frame condition.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $25.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
Depending on condition of repair and the need of materials, I charge between $25/hr - $75/hr

Bathroom - Remodel
- $50.00 to $180.00 per square foot
- $3,000.00 to $30,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Half Bath : $30 - $35 / per square foot
Full Bath : $40 - $50 / per square foot
Master Bath : $55 - $125 / per square foot

Cabinets - Install Only
- $15.00 to $35.00 per box (wall or base cabinets)
Wall Cabinets : $20 - $35 per box
Base Cabinets : $15 - $20 per box

Carpet - Removal
- $0.11 to $0.22 per square foot (including dump fee)
- $45.00 to $70.00 per hour (plus dump fees)
Carpet is priced per square yard. Per Square Yard, I charge typically $.11c - $.22c which translates to $1 - $2 per square foot.
8' x 8' removal = $100
10' x 10' removal = $135
12' x 12' room removal = $200

Drywall - Install or Replace
- $45.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.40 to $2.75 per square foot
- $20.00 to $50.00 per sheet (4ft x 8ft)
Depending on condition of Repair or Install.

- $1.30 to $1.80 per square foot
Depends on amount of removal.

- $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $1.75 to $3.00 per square foot

Vinyl or Linoleum Tile - Install
- $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $1.45 to $2.50 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
- $1.75 to $3.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $1.45 to $2.50 per square foot (new subfloor installation only)
- $1.75 to $3.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
Depending on condition of subfloor, tile, vinyl.
