How We Charge For Our Services

Chimney - Inspection
- $165.00 to $195.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection) - $210.00 to $260.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection) We base our prices on the cost of equipment, labor and skills needed to ensure the safety of the flue system.

Chimney - Sweep or Clean
- $195.00 to $260.00 fixed fee for a home chimney We base our prices on the cost of equipment, labor and skills needed to ensure the safety of the flue system.

Dryer Vent - Clean
- $175.00 to $300.00 per dryer vent We base our prices on the cost of equipment, labor and skills needed to ensure the safety of the venting system. Some dryer vents require further equipment, extra technicians or the removal of more than just dryer lint.

Fireplace (Brick or Stone) - Repair
- $165.00 to $20,000.00 per hour (plus materials) We base our prices on the cost of equipment, labor and skills needed to ensure the safety of the flue system. These prices can vary greatly depending on the repair needed and what kind of fireplace the customer wants for their specific home. This can include refinishing the front of the fireplace with new stonework, mantel, wood-burning unit et cetera all the way to tearing down an entire brick or stone chimney and rebuilding it. Pricing differs on your wants as well as safety requirements.

Fireplace (Gas) - Repair
- $165.00 to $15,000.00 per hour (plus materials) We base our prices on the cost of equipment, labor and skills needed to ensure the safety of the flue system. These prices can vary greatly depending on the repair needed and what kind of fireplace the customer wants for their specific home. This can include refinishing the front of the fireplace, adding a mantel et cetera all the way to removing and replacing an entire prefabricated gas fireplace.
