Chances are you will get the price you need to be happy and so will the other party. Everyone is trying to survive so allow them a chance to fight for the right budget.

How We Charge For Our Services
Ceramic Tile - Install
- $50.00 to $80.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $7.00 to $9.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $9.00 to $11.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $5.00 to $8.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $6.00 to $8.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
We like to take a deposit to make sure everyone is on the same page and serious. We then finish the job and get paid. Preferably check or cash but are able to take cards as well.

Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $15.00 to $30.00 per man hour
Per job paid at end of job

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $18.00 to $30.00 per hour

Construction Management Services
- $20.00 to $50.00 per hour
