Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: I have done service plumbing for over 20 years, I have enjoyed trouble shooting when necessary but being able to connect with every customer and accomplishing exactly what they needed done, that is something I will keep with me forever.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Drain cleaning and inspecting the most important part of the plumbing system, we will use the drain jetting system to thoroughly clean the drains and then follow up with the camera scoping system that will record the entire inside part of the drain that never gets exposed.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: "IF WATER RUNS THROUGH IT, WE CAN FIX IT" we enjoy every job we do, there are no 2 jobs the same, that is what makes it enjoyable, always trying to figure out the who, what where and why of the job.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: WE guarantee each and every job for parts and labor, if we install a new part, faucett, water heater etc. we guarantee the part we installed as well as the labor it took to install it for one year.

A: yes, absolutely

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: Just finished installing a main residential water line from the meter to the pressure reducing valve in the garage, all utilities were under ground so therefor it was a hand dig, 2 feet deep digging around the wires in the ground, going under the foundation and in the wall, it took a little extra time but the customer was completely satisfied knowing he would not be getting a 300 dollar water bill anymore, guaranteed.

A: Service Plumbing is licensed and insured as well as having technicians with 20 plus years experience makes each and every job just a bit more simple, giving the customer a confident conclusion.
