How We Charge For Our Services

Addition to House - Build
- $150.00 to $300.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $100.00 to $200.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
The material used and the complexity of the project are the driving force of pricing. I will not lower my standards of craftsmanship to lower a price.

Ceiling Fan - Install
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour (to install pre-purchased fan)
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee (includes mid-grade ceiling fan)
- $125.00 to $275.00 fixed fee (to install pre-purchased fan)
There is a great deal more work required the more pitch the ceiling has. Also to use the 'flush mount ' or short rod is a more time consuming install.

Faucets - Install or Repair
- $75.00 to $175.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $300.00 to $575.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
The installation of today's faucets varies by model. We must also take into consideration the finish of the fixture.

Handyman Services - Residential
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
The scope of work determines the fee.
