Scott uses a machine that isn't truck-mounted but seeks out and destroys dirt. There was dirt where there shouldn't have been! He also made sure it met my satisfaction but his own - if Scott didn't like it, it got done over and went on hands and knees to make sure it was gone for one spot. Paths aren't 'paths' anymore & it pulled out enough dog fur to make another dog (I vacuum daily!). It looks like new & dried quickly. Add it that Scott has a quality that's important to me - great work ethics. It wasn't a 'quick' job - he dug in & really cleaned. An added bonus - Scott entertained me while working. He's got a great sense of humor. Yes, I'll be back - best job ever!!

I called Deep Cleaning Carpets because the reviews I read were great! When I called Scott could not have been more accommodating. He called to say he was on his way, showed up promptly and did an incredible job! I had asked for family room, 3 bedrooms and hallway. When Scott arrived I asked if he would consider adding another room and the basement too. He immediately said "no problem". After he cleaned the bedrooms etc. . . he had me take a look and make sure it met with my approval. After he did the family room he had me take a look and ok the cleaning . . . after he did the basement he did the same. Scott added a personal touch to his visit and it was much appreciated.
