How We Charge For Our Services

Above Ground Pool - Build or Install
- $3,200.00 to $4,500.00 for 12' x 24' pool
- $4,000.00 to $5,500.00 for 16 x 32' pool
This costs includes excavation of the land, building permit, bringing in pool sand, building the pool, installing the liner, setting up the filter system, transporting any extra materials to a proper location on site. That price is usually if the pool is within six inches of level. Typically after 6 inches it is $100 an inch out of level to excavate because of the extra time involved for labor and the machine. So for example if your pool was 8" out of level would be an additional $200.

In-Ground Pool - Build or Install
- $45,000.00 to $49,999.00 fixed fee (16 x 24 pool)
Depends on style of pool, backyard, accessibility, if materials can be left on site or materials have to be hauled away, pool automation, salt water generator, LED Lights, steel stairs with vinyl over them, fiberglass stairs. You can go as crazy or simple with pool as you want to.

Pool - Clean or Maintain
- $250.00 to $425.00 per visit (typical home pool)
Based on an hourly rate and travel.

Pool - Open or Close
- $475.00 to $550.00 for pool closing service and winterization
- $475.00 to $600.00 for pool opening service (typical home pool)
Price for openings depend on if you just want basic start up chemicals. Such as shock and algeacide. We also offer chemical testing on site and put in ph+, water hardner, and conditioner/stabilizer. If your pool is full of debris at the time of opening I wouldn't recommend using this service until the debris is removed. Also if you wanted a pool vacuum. Closings are more basic and depends on amount of skimmers, water features, hot tub or spa attached.

Pool Cover - Install or Replace
- $4,500.00 to $6,700.00 16' x 32' cover
Depends on style of cover. Mesh ot solid. There are different types of mesh. Freeform pools with waterfalls with specialized anchors may be more.

Vinyl Lined Pool - Reline or Repair
- $5,500.00 to $7,500.00 fixed fee for liner replacement (16'x32' pool)
Varies depending on type of pool bottom sand or vermiculite. Also if the liner goes over the stairs or cut out fiberglass stairs
