What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I would see what the pool companies attitude is like and see what is included with certain pool packages. Do they listen to your needs or tell you. Also what does their price include, does it include an electrician, does it include foam padding on the walls, just be wary of cheaper prices bc after all the "add ons" after the job is started it's going to be more expensive than another company.

How We Charge For Our Services

Above Ground Pool - Build or Install
- $2,000.00 to $2,400.00 for 12' x 24' pool
- $2,800.00 to $3,200.00 for 16 x 32' pool
- $80.00 to $100.00 per square foot
I believe it is a privilege to work at someone's home. I don't believe there should be anything to do besides enjoy the pool. Trying to make less invasive as possible and not leaving a mess on our way out. Unlike many other pool companies our above ground pool bottoms get hand troweled bc we aren't trying to put up 2 or 3 pools in day, we focus on yours and build it as if it were our own!

Pool - Open or Close
- $275.00 to $450.00 for pool closing service and winterization
- $325.00 to $450.00 for pool opening service (typical home pool)
There are levels to pool openings to suit you needs, we can balance and chemicalize your pool water while we are there. No need to run out and get your water tested. One and done! If you are more of a do it yourself kind of person we can work with that also. We are here to suit your needs between vacuuming and chemicalize your pool water.

Pool Deck (Concrete) - Install
- $10.00 to $20.00 per square foot (4 inch reinforced concrete slab)
Lower price is for a basic broom finish, cut expansion joints, higher prices are for stampcrete with one or more colors.

Vinyl Lined Pool - Build or Install
- $24,000.00 to $38,000.00 for 12' x 24' pool (in-ground)
- $32,000.00 to $46,000.00 for 16' x 32' in-ground pool
Depends on grade and what your pool needs are. Many people like the stairs going across the shallow end or you can simply want a 5' deep pool bc you want a lounge pool. Will materials have to get hauled off site after digging?

Vinyl Lined Pool - Reline or Repair
- $4,500.00 to $5,500.00 fixed fee for liner replacement (16'x32' pool)
Includes 28 mil liner and depends on the pool bottom (vermiculite, sand, concrete), also if the liner goes up the stairs or white fiberglass stairs. You can slip resistant texture on the stairs also. These all play in to the factors of a liner replacement.
