How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $1,500.00 to $3,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
We have the most competitive rates with full stagings starting at only $1400!
We started 16 years ago and we have grown to where we are staging over 150 homes at a time now! We own all our own inventory and we really take pride in our work. We have our own crew of movers and moving trucks so we are able to do stagings on short notice. Since we have such a large inventory of furnishings we are can make sure we have the best style and size of furniture for each home so it looks it's best!
We can often stage within 1-2 days of the request.
