How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Residential
- $150.00 to $280.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 12.00 to 18.00 percent of construction cost
Construction Cost - provided by the American Building Industry for the project's area.
Design Consultation on Site - $325 - $475 (depending on the complexity of the project).
The price for design consultation includes a Design Proposal in writing for providing the sDs services.

Bathroom Designers - Residential
- 15.00 to 22.00 percent of construction
My cost covers design, handling suppliers, design supervision during construction and installation time. I do not supervise the GC workers, but make sure that the approved design has been implemented properly.

Designers - Kitchens
- 15.00 to 22.00 percent of construction

Interior Designers - Residential
- $150.00 to $280.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 10.00 to 15.00 percent of construction cost
- 10.00 to 15.00 percent of furnishings cost

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour
I provide initial design consultations and finalized design. I can refer a landscape contractor to implement my designs.
