I've worked with Ester for over 17 years and each time her taste has been on point, her recommendations thoughtful, and her sensitivity to my schedule without a hiccup. Most recently, I needed six dining room chair pads redone within a really short (10 day) time frame. She pointed out that several of the chairs wobbled, which they did, and included in the order a refinishing and attention to the problem. The chairs were returned a day early and are absolutely perfect. I recommend them without reservation.
