sorry..been swamped. Brandon was great….nice guy and very willing to answer questions and such… Report was prompt and VERY detailed. I think only thing for Joby is he really liked Meri and was hoping she would be there - so would have been helpful to know who would be doing inspection - of course, we gave you very short notice! Sadly Joby passed on the home and we are back in the hunt - he may be contacting you very soon again!
